  Unreliable! Company is selling faulty equipment and have very poor customer service; they prefer their T&C's instead of solving the problem. Dont trust your money here!

  in contrast wat is written below, i tried to contact the office with this matter as suggested below, however emails don't get answered for more than three weeks now.
  
  I did report that the instrument was not working shortly after receiving it and unfortunately accepted to do a technical check myself (according to a sent document by customer support) instead of sending it back immediately. This check took longer due to circumstances, but definitely not more than a year!
  
  Fact is that Coastal Rides knows the instrument was not working from the beginning and they do no even try to come with a neat solution. This is very disappointing. I finally bought a new instrument (tachometer, plug and play) at the dealer store which is working fine on my engine.
  
  Zeer onbetrouwbaar! Bedrijf verkoopt niet gecheckte en kapotte onderdelen en hebben zeer slechte klantenservice; ze beroepen zich liever op verkoopvoorwaarden dan dat ze het probleem proberen op te lossen. Weg geld, goedkoop is hier duurkoop!
  
  Sehr unzuverlässig! Sie verkaufen gebrochene Teile und haben sehr schlechten Kundendienst ; sie verlassen sich auf den Umsatz, anstatt zu versuchen, das Problem zu lösen. Billig ist teuer hier kaufen!

  Excellent Customer service
  
  I am not one for writing reviews unless they are at either end of the spectrum but in my opinion the measure of a good company is how they behave when things go wrong and in my case it could not have been a better experience as the issue was addressed and solved immediately without any fuss and all in good grace.
  I will definitely deal with again and can only suggest you give them a try
